Accessibility Statement

We want every customer to be able to find events, buy tickets and manage orders on World Ticket Market. This statement describes the accessibility features of the website, its known limitations and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated: Version 1.0

1.Our commitment

World Ticket Market aims to make its website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our reference when designing and building the website.

Information: Status of this statement

The website has not been formally audited or certified against WCAG. This statement describes the features we have built and the limitations we know about.

3.Keyboard operation

Links, buttons, menus and form fields can be reached and used with the keyboard. Dialogs, such as the accessibility menu, keep keyboard focus inside while they are open, close with the Escape key and return focus to the control that opened them.

4.Visible focus

Links and controls show a visible outline when they receive keyboard focus, so you can always see where you are on the page.

5.Page structure

Pages use headings in a logical order and standard landmarks, such as the header, main content, navigation and footer, so that screen-reader users can move around the page quickly. Each page declares its language.

6.Text size and responsive layout

You can enlarge text with your browser’s zoom or with the accessibility menu. The layout adapts to the width of the screen, so content remains readable on small screens and at higher zoom levels.

7.Languages and right-to-left support

The website is available in English, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. Each language version declares its language to assistive technology. The Hebrew version is laid out fully right to left, while email addresses, order references and other Latin-script values stay readable.

8.Color and contrast

We choose text and background colors with readability in mind, and information is not meant to depend on color alone. If you need stronger contrast, the accessibility menu offers a high-contrast mode and a grayscale mode.

9.Reduced motion

Where supported, the website respects the reduced-motion setting of your device, for example by reducing transitions and animated effects.

10.Forms and error messages

Form fields have visible labels that are linked to the field for assistive technology. When something needs correcting, the website shows a written message rather than relying on color alone.

11.The accessibility menu

Every page has an accessibility button that opens a menu with these settings:

  • increase or decrease the text size;
  • high contrast;
  • grayscale;
  • underline links;
  • a more readable font;
  • reset all settings.

Your choices are saved in your browser and applied before the page appears, so the page does not jump when it loads. They stay on your device and are not linked to your account. See the Cookie Policy for how they are stored.

12.Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations:

  • event names, venue names and other details supplied by ticket suppliers may appear only in the supplier’s language;
  • seating maps and venue plans are images and may not have a full text description;
  • some older pages of the website may not yet meet the same standard as the main ticket-buying journey.

If one of these limitations prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will try to help you another way.

13.Third-party services and supplier content

Some parts of the customer journey depend on services we do not control, such as Google sign-in and the club, venue or ticketing applications used to deliver some tickets. Their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators. Content supplied by ticket suppliers is displayed as we receive it.

14.Reporting an accessibility problem

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or have a suggestion for improving accessibility, please tell us using the contact details in the panel at the end of this page. Reports help us find and fix problems.

15.What to include in your report

  • the address of the page, or a description of where you were;
  • what you were trying to do and what happened;
  • the device, browser and any assistive technology you use;
  • a screenshot, if you can provide one;
  • how you would like us to reply.

16.Contact

Use the contact details in the panel at the end of this page. If your report concerns an order, please include the order reference. You can also find practical help in the Ticket Guide and the FAQ.

17.Review of this statement
